Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Light Screen
- Reflect
- Thunder Wave
- Discharge

Voltorb can set screens for it's teammates and spread Paralysis. Discharge has a 30% chance to paralyze and will be doing a hefty amount of damage to most 'mons.
