What clothes do you need to wear to get the panda sprig hat in Pokemon y?

I want this awesome pangoro hat but the lady in kiloude city says the same thing all the time, "I'm looking...blah, blah, blah"
I changed my clothes all the time and she still says the same thing
How/what clothes do you need to wear to get the hat???

To be honest all you need to do is to wear clothes that look like a set. Here is an example I played as the girl. I wore all pink. Pink hat, dress, flower,shoes, you get the point. If you don't get what I am saying try this source

Same idea. Clothing that looks like a set. In other words clothes that look good together. It worked for me and it should work for you. I know I played as the girl but it's the same idea

Actually, there is a way.

You just have to wear clothes, that make a specific sound.
You know - when you finish dressing up and you look at yourself afterwards and it makes a sound?

Well, if it makes this sound then the woman will like it, and she'll give you the Bamboo Sprig Hat!

Plus, the Bamboo Sprig Hat also has it's own unique sound to it. It's scared me when I first heard it... um... xD
