Any way I can turn off the PSS notifications that occur when playing X/Y?

I realize it's not Pokemon, but I was hoping someone would know.
That and I'm too lazy to spend time searching at the moment ;P

If you are referring to the use of PSS, when messages like "Battle Spot" and "Wonder Trade" appear then just switch off your wireless button when not in use or just use the Pokémon Amie or Super Training Screen, it'll stop them from appearing.
