Shiny pokemon and exclusive moves?

Shiny pokemon almost always come with moves their not supposed to learn is this mere coincidence or only event pokemon??

The pokemon that you get through real-life events are almost always shiny. And pokemon that have exclusive moves are almost always from events (either real-life or wi-fi).

If you're getting shiny pokemon from e.g. a trade, with moves they don't normally learn, then it's very likely it came from an event.

Recent game Shiny pokemon only have different colors, but nothing more. They can be found in any game from pokemon Gold/Silver onward. They still have the regular movesets that any kind of that pokemon they can get. Event pokemon come with unnatural moves to attract people and have more people get them. Shiny pokemon are also very popular because of their rarity, so by having both, you can really attract a wide audience of pokemon fans.
