Are there any major Pokemon trainers that I could use Thief on?

Question

I was wondering if anyone could compile a list or just incite basic info on whom in Crystal has worthy items. Specifically gym leaders, trainers, Red, ect.

I can help, Red's Pikachu has a Light Ball. That makes it so when you breed a Pikachu holding a Light Ball, the outcome Pichu will have the move "Volt Tackle".

Not to mention that some of the leaders or evil Team [Insert team name here] may have Sitrus Berries or something...

I've checked Serebii and no one has anything. Not even berries.
As Ayan said Red's Pikachu has Light Ball, but that's the only exception I could find.
