Now that PokeBank is slowly making its way to most of us, there is an event Celebi that is coming out and it knows the move Hold Back. Would this be it's signature move and what are its details?

Hold Back inflicts damage, but will leave the target with 1 HP if it would otherwise cause it to faint. If the target has 1 HP remaining, Hold Back will hit and leave the target at 1 HP.
If used against a substitute, Hold Back is able to break it and will not leave the substitute with 1 HP.

as you can see, hold back is simply a false swipe, the only difference is the Pokemon that learns it. physical attack, normal type, 40 pp, 64 at max and leaves the target with 1 hp. its no differences at all.yes, hold back is the signature move of celebi however, smeargle learns it to. thats everything worthy of saying

All we know is that only Celebi can learn this move.
Nintendo/Game Freak/ Pokemon only said that Celebi is gonna learn this move, so it is most likely going to be Celebi's signature move.

The user holds back when it attacks and the target is left with at least 1 HP.

Also, Celebi didn't have a signature move before, so it will be 99.95% chance that Hold Back WILL be Celebi's signature move.

Hope I helped!
