Are you essentially just asking what's the strongest Pokemon ever? Or are you asking for people to make a team for you?
Basically anything in Ubers
He's talking about anti-meta. THE anti-meta.
Noob friendly pokemon? Ones that take 0 skill to use?
You could have the best team in the world and still lose because of lack of skill. No Pokemon is /so/ good that it could save your incompetency at battling.

Continuing from last night when I didn't have time to finish (and I just closed my webpage so I have to start all over again [***RAGE***])

Ubers

Physically Defensive: Giratina-A

Giratina @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
Impish Nature
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Will-O-Wisp
- Roar/Dragon Tail

This Pokemon can tank any physical attack at full HP, and survive it. Capable of ruining Pokemon with a combo of Wow and Dragon Tail it causes a huge number of ragequits. Sleep Talk and Rest provide it with some great recovery and allow it to operate all the time.
252 Atk Choice Band Teravolt Zekrom Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Giratina: 416-492 (82.5 - 97.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Specially Defensive:

Arceus @ Leftovers
Trait: Multitype
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SDef / 8 Def
Careful Nature
- Recover
- Will-O-Wisp
- Return
- Cosmic Power/Roar

This Arceus is similar to the Specially Defensive Giratina-A spread, allowing it to burn physical attacks and stall everyone. Normal Arceus is chosen so that it can carry Leftovers, which are good in case of residual damage. Recover is your HP recovery, while Cosmic Power can be used to stall, or Roar to phaze. Return is in case of Taunt and can deal some nice damage.

OU

Specially Defensive: Blissey

Blissey is capable of taking any special attack with it's base 135 Special Defense and its 255 base HP stat. It makes great team support with moves like Wish and Aromatherapy.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Wish
- Aromatherapy
- Thunderwave / Toxic
- Seismic Toss

Seismic Toss is preferable over other moves as it will always do a set amount of damage. Toxic is good for 1v1 situations, although Thunderwave is preferable for team support. Aromatherapy and Wish allow fro more team support curing burns and toxic and healing allies.

Physically Defensive: Skarmory

Skarmory can tank more moves than the other two options, Ferrothorn and Forretress, and also has a reliable recovery move. It also forms a SkarmBliss core which was a highly popular defensive core in Gen 3.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 232 Def / 28 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Brave Bird
- Defog / Stealth Rock
- Taunt / Whirlwind

Speed EVs allow it to speedcreep while also maintaining a strong Defense. Roost is reliable recovery, Brave Bird is in case of Taunt, and also deals some decent damage. Defog or Stealth rock because both is just silly (as Defog will remove all hazards on both sides). Taunt and Whirlwind are both options, really depends on personal preference.
252+ Atk Life Orb Iron Fist Conkeldurr Thunder Punch vs. 252 HP / 232+ Def Skarmory: 172-203 (51.4 - 60.7%) -- 91.8% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

UU

Specially Defensive: Umbreon

This little black rascal is the Blissey of UU. It makes for great team support with moves like Heal Bell and Wish, and also has a good way of attacking opposing Pokemon.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Trait: Synchronize
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SDef / 8 Def
Calm Nature
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell / Toxic
- Foul Play

Heal Bell and Wish are good for team support. Protect is to guarantee that you get the Wish healing, and can also be used for scouting. Toxic is an alternative to Heal Bell for 1v1 situations vs all except steel and poison types. Foul Play has great coverage, hitting type weak Pokemon, or those with large attack stats.

Physically Defensive: Gligar

Gligar equipped with an eviolite is truly the winner here allowing it to tank some incredible hits.
252 Atk Abomasnow Ice Shard vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Gligar: 100-120 (30 - 36%) -- 11.5% chance to 3HKO

It also has great typing that pairs well with Pokemon such as Umbreon.

Gligar @ Eviolite
Trait: Immunity
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Roost
- Earthquake
- Taunt / Toxic
- U-Turn / Stealth Rock

With a base speed of 85 this bat can outspeed a lot of the main walls in UU, such as Umbreon, Bronzong, and more, and get in a quick Taunt, or U-Turn to mess around with them. Earthquake is STAB and Taunt counter, capable of killing off some silly survivors. Toxic is good for 1v1 situations. Stealth Rock can be used if you don't already have a Rock setter. Roost is reliable recovery.

Those are the only tiers I'll do because I know very little about RU, and nothing about NU or LC. Doubles there really is no great wall, although Cresselia comes pretty close.
Hope this helps, and have fun battling!

I was in a rush O.O Please don't kill me....

If someone were to suggest three Pokemon as the kings of offense, that is the most offensively unbeatable Pokemon around, three would come to mind, all currently fighting for the title of king of ubers

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 80 Spd / 252 SAtk / 176 HP
Modest Nature
- Geomancy
- Moonblast
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast

With the ability to double it's special attack, special defense and speed in a single turn and a STAB that is practically unresisted among the legendaries, this thing is scary.

Kyogre @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Water Spout
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Surf

At full health with STAB is the rain, Water Spout is a base 337 power move with no drawbacks. And there's bolt beam coverage behind it.

Arceus @ Silk Scarf
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 200 HP / 252 Atk / 56 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Extreme Speed
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Claw
- Earthquake/Brick Break/Recover

It's called Extremekiller for a reason. With a swords dance up one's only hope at defeating it is the tanks Kijani listed or phazing it out with skarmory, and the latter is unlikely to occur.

However, excluding these typical to obtain legendaries, there are plenty of terrifying Pokemon to use.

Kangaskhan (F) @ Kangaskhanite
Ability: Scrappy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Sucker Punch
- Power-Up Punch
- Fake Out/Earthquake

With the fury of a female mongolian kangaroo Kangaskhan can rip any bar a defensive ghost type to shreds with it's destructive parental bond boosted moves.

Blaziken @ Life Orb
Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Flare Blitz
- Hi Jump Kick
- Protect

It can double speed and attack after two turns with Swords Dance and protect and proceed to maul things with some truly powerful STAB moves. The mega-form is just as scary

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Flash Cannon/Aura Sphere
- Vacuum Wave
- Nasty Plot
- Dark Pulse

Lucario @ Lucarionite
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Crunch/Ice Punch
- Bullet Punch/Extreme Speed

The terror of the current OU metagame, the special version and physical version respectively

by
I'm thinking of using that Blaziken

You wanna know the most anti-meta Pokemon?

image
Mamoswine @ Life Orb/ Focus Sash
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Jolly
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash/ Endeavour
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide/ Stone Edge/ Stealth Rock

Just its 2 STABs will be able to hit everything bar 2 Pokemon neutrally.

>No Effect: 1 (Shedinja)
Not Very Effective: 1 (Skursit)
Normal Effectiveness: 365
Super Effectiveness: 407

Type Coverage

by
Shedinja will DESTROY EVERYONE'S TEAM!! Lol.
oh i really hate it when i play wi-fi, and i am skilzy and amazing and i have 4 pokés left. then le'opponent sends out shedinja and i have NO SUPER EFFECTIVES!! now THATS annoying

If you're looking for a Pokémon than can quite literally match any other Pokémon (except another of its species)...

DITTO

Don't even worry about the Nature or EV spread. He completely copies the opposing Pokémon down to the moveset, stats, and Ability.

by
Yeah, I could do that
Wrong. 252 HP EVs.
Ah, he's right.  Put some defensive EVs in to cover until he uses Transform

Time to bring some kings from NU!

Physically Defensive: Alomomola
Ability - Regenerator
Nature - Bold (^Def vAtk)
Item - Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
EVs - 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Spd
Wish
Scald
Protect
Knock Off/Toxic

Prepare your pillow to cry on. Only checked by Ampharos and others like it, it WILL use Knock Off or Toxic, and Protect/Wish stall you for days. Oh yeah, 165 HP stat and 80 Def.

Specially Defensive: Ledian
Ability: Early Bird
Nature: Careful (^SpDef vSpAtk)
Item: Light Clay
EVs: 252 Spd, 104 SpDef, 154 HP
Encore
Light Screen
Reflect
U-turn / Roost

Ahhhhh. Dual Screens Ledian. Encore into a useless setup move like Toxic Spikes if you've got a poison, set up Dual Screens, and hop back to a Pokemon suited for the situation at hand.

Physical Attacker: Zangoose
Ability: Toxic Boost
Nature: Jolly (^Spd vSpAtk)
Item: Toxic Orb
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 SpDef
Facade
Close Combat
Swords Dance
Quick Attack/Night Slash

Can switch into anything but Sawk and other fighting forces of nature. Wait a turn, set up a Swords Dance, and you have 1083 Attack. No, seriously. Facade also has 140 Base Power. Fun :D

Special Attacker: Duosion
Ability: Magic Guard
Nature: Bold (^Def vAtk)
Item: Eviolite
EVs: 252 HP, 252 SpAtk, 4 SpDef
Calm Mind
Psychic/Psyshock
Signal Beam
Recover

Let Duosion use a Calm Mind, and it becomes scary. It has the same exact Special Attack stat of Renuclius. With Magic Guard and Recover, it can stall for the longest time with its Eviolite.

Also works well with Trick Room.
