According to a weird website that I don't know the name of, it says that Cynthia , Sinnoh's Champion, will be at Sycamore Pokèmon Lab if you completed the National Pokèdex to give you a missing piece of the town map that will give you acess to a place where you can catch Dialga and Palkia depending on your game. Is that true? Thanks!
