Will anything special happen if I fill up the Kalos Pokedex in X/Y?

I mean, does Prof. Sycamore give you anything special?
(btw, How is 'walmart' a tag?!)

Yes Professor Sycamore gives you the Oval Charm if you complete the Regional Pokédex and the Shiny Charm if you complete the National Pokédex.
