Where do I find the tm for wil-o-wisp in Pokemon y?

TM61 (Will-O-Wisp) is found on Route 14 (Laverre Nature Trail) in XY. Requiring Cut, enter from the northern end of the route and head east. When east of the northern most swamp, there should be a Cut tree. Cut it down and grab the TM behind it.
