How can I catch feebas ?

In emerald (which im plaing on my computer so no tradeing )

i realy want milotic but I cant catch the stupid feebas

i know I need a supeer rod for it but its just no making an apearence

Yes, it is found on only six tiles web you surf at Route 119, but you can change those six tiles by going back to Dewford and changing the 'Trendy Saying'.
When you have found on of those six tiles, it will be full of Feebas.

You can find it by fishing in route 119 with the Super Rod.
