How do I get the oval stone in Heartgold?

I want to evolve my Pokémon, but can't find the Oval Stone. Where is it?

You can obtain the Oval stone by doing various stuff such as:

Coming 1st in Bug Catching Contest
There is one located in the Rock Tunnel in the Kanto region as well. You will needthe HM Rock Climb and TM Flash.
Use Thief on a wild Chansey. Wild Chansey can be found at route 13, 14 and 15 in Kanto. However there is only 1% chance to encounter one. When encountered there will be a 50% chance to find one holding the Oval Stone.
Chansey can also be found in meadow area of the Safari Zone after you have added 12 plains object
