How to ev train my blaziken (soul slver) ?

I thought makeing it a mixed sweeper so it goes like this speed ev train it attack ev train it and sp attack

I think that sweepers would be good with 170 speed, 150 attack, 150 sp. attack and 40 for hp
or
252 speed and 125 attack, 125 attack and 8 hp
