Where do you find TM53 (Energy Ball) in Y?

TM53 (Energy Ball) is found on Route 20 (Winding Woods) in XY. Requiring Cut, head east, west, south, then west again from the Pokémon Village entrance. You should be able to find the TM there, guarded by Hex Maniac Desdemona.

It's on route 20( Winding Woods) but you have to use cut in the woods.
