How come the eigth gym in the unova region has drayden in black and iris in white?

It's just that I don't understand it why have diferent leaders (besides unova's first gym and hoenn's seventh gym)? because in black there is drayden and in white there is iris. but, it's the same city,same gym,same pokemon at same levels,and same badge.

Probably to mix up the gameplay experience if you read reviews it says the gameplay is changed up a bit

Why do you think they would make it almost exactly the same?There is 2 differences between the games i think.
