How to get a staraptor in Pokemon Y?

ok, sooo I want a good team so I think about adding a staraptor to the team but I want one with great evs sooo I want to know how to get one

Apparently you can find Staravias on route 11

You can evolve it to level 34 to get a Staraptor

You can find hordes of Starly on Route 11. I have encountered 2 of them. They are really rare. But you can still find them. Catch one and evolve it into Staraptor
