2. Pokemon with 2 possible abilities (only 3rd gen)

trying to get a good ability combo in blue dungeon

All these Pokemon have two abilities Gen 3 onwards, and they are the first two abilities (no hidden abilities taken into account) that were taken in count, as per their existance in Gen 3.
