My Kyogre is timid thus I trained it in speed and S.attack becuase Kyogre base speed is 90 I wanted to know if the extra speed is worth it becuase it's S.attack stat is amazing + Water spout + full health + STAB + Drizzles rain dance boost= (O.O).
P.S. Would choice specs work if I traded them from my hg to my platinum
I would probally say to use choice specs, have a timid Kyorge and it works good for him, and I think choice specs would still work, if you traded from hg to platinum, but I'm not 100% sure.
