I am trying to get every lengendary and mythical while avoiding scamming and cheating. Is it possible to get Shaymin naturally in Black 2?

I think the last time you could catch Shyamin naturally was in Diamond and Pearl. As far as Pokemon Black and White, and Black and White 2 you are looking at a trade.
