Goldeen, Corphish, Magikarp, Skrelp, Clauncher, Shellder, Staryu, Remoraid, Clamperl, Barboach, Poliwag, Poliwhirl, Dratini, Dragonair, and Carvanha.

almost all rod obtainable Pokemon can evolve. exception to final stage evos, qwilfish, luvdisc and basculin.
