Question

1. Doesn't have to actually be in OU, just viable in OU.
2. No need to include movesets, but you can if you want to.

Cleric:

A Pokemon who uses moves such as Heal Bell, Wish and Aromatherapy to cure itself and its teammates

Probably run something like this... (I'm stealing half of these from Smogon. Personally I still use older spreads like the 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD with Wish + Protect + Aromatherapy/Heal Bell + Seismic Toss)
