Change region - Pokemon Bank?

Question

What will happen if I change my region from USA to SEA and later(when I want to use the Pokemon Bank) I change it back to USA, will I still be able to access Pokemon Bank and do the Pokemon inside it still there?

I just checked, and I found out that changing region does not affect PokeBank.

As of such, the working of the Bank does not depend on the region settings, so changing your region will not make any difference and you should still be able to access your Pokemon in the bank.
As long as you have a game to transfer your Pokemon back into, yes you can still access them for play.
