If my Pokemon is Hyper Trained in Gen 7, will the IVs transfer if it's transferred to ORAS via Pokemon Bank?

Pokémon cannot be transferred from Generation VII to Generation VI, so the point is irrelevant. However, if you chose to transfer the Pokémon to Generation VIII, the stat changes will be retained.
