If my Pokemon is Hyper Trained in Gen 7, will the IVs transfer if it's transferred to ORAS via Pokemon Bank?

Pokemon cannot be transferred from Generation VII to Generation VI, so the point is moot. However, if you chose to transfer the Pokemon to Generation VIII, the stat changes would be retained.
