Is it possible in Pokemon Crystal to catch the "?" and "!" Unown?

I have checked the Ruins of Alph and have A-Z caught, and now I'm trying to finish off the set

Nope, the ? And ! Unown can only be found in Gen IV games like HG/SS, not Gen II games like Crystal
