Yes.

An example of a distribution with your OT is the Event Celebi, from PokeBank.
Other events that need you to catch the event Pokemon, like the Faraway Island Mew, will also have your OT.

But all those Pokemon that are distributed through Wi-Fi or Gamestop will have the OT assigned to it. Examples include the Event Raikou with OT GAMESTP.
