Okay, so I've got an answer for single battles already, but when there are two Pokemon out doing it, does it make any difference?
The Luck Incense and Amulet Coin do not stack, so if you use them both, or even six of them, you won't get more than double money from a battle. This in any battle (double,triple, etc...)
