Where do you find Celebi in Heartgold?

I want to know if you can find Celebi in the Ilex Forest at that Shrine thing.

Yes you can but only if you have the spiky eared pichu with you(i think)

Actually, you can obtain Celebi through a Gamestop event in North America as far as l know. You need to look it up if you're in a different country, and actually begins today, through the Sixth of March.

O at gamestop I got celebi and when I went to ilex forest I time traveled!
