Changing EVs in Evolution?

Question

If I had a Pawniard in-game and KO'd a Psyduck and got its 1 SpA EV and then it evolved (just under circumstances that this is the only EV I ever gave it), how would it affect EVs?

If you're asking if it would keep the SAtk EV's gained from the fight? Yes it would.
