Here are some good partners for Weavile:

  • Gengar - Gengar is a good partner for Weavile because they both resist some of each others weaknesses. Gengar is immune to Fighting type moves, which is 4x super effective against Weavile. Gengar also resists Bug and Fairy type moves, which are also super effective against Weavile. While Weavile resists Dark and Ghost type moves, which are super effective against Gengar. Gengar can use Sludge Bomb to hit Fairy types hard and may also be able to hit Weavile's additional weaknesses, depending on the moves you give it. Weavile on the other hand can use Knock Off to hit Ghost and Psychic types hard.

  • Starmie - Starmie is a good partner for Weavile because it can get rid of entry hazards using Rapid Spin namely Stealth Rock and Sticky Web, which causes Weavile to lose 25% of it's maximum HP upon switching in (Stealth Rock) and lowers it's Speed Stat by one stage upon switching in (Sticky Web). Starmie also resists three of Weavile's weaknesses this includes: Fighting, Fire and Steel type moves. While Weavile resists Starmie's weakness to Dark and Ghost type moves. In addition Starmie can hit Fighting types hard by using either Psyshock or Psychic and Fire types by using either Scald, Surf or Hydro Pump. Weavile can hit Dark and Ghost types hard by using Knock Off.

  • Tentacruel - Tentacruel is a good partner for Weavile for the some reason as Starmie, because it has access to Rapid Spin and because they resist some of each others weaknesses. Weavile is immune to Psychic type moves which is super effective against Tentacruel, while Tentacruel resists Fairy, Fighting, Fire and Steel type moves which is super effective against Weavile. Tentacruel can hit Fire and Rock types hard using Scald and potentially Fairy types depending if it has Sludge Bomb or not.

  • Keldeo - Keldeo is a good partner for Weavile because they each eliminate some of each others common weaknesses. Keldeo also resists four of Weavile's weaknesses this includes: Bug, Fire, Rock and Steel type moves, while Weavile is immune to Psychic type moves.

>Keldeo appreciates Weavile's ability to remove Celebi, Jellicent, and Latios, and Keldeo can also eliminate some of Weavile's counters, such as Skarmory and Forretress.

  • Mega Venusaur - Mega Venusaur is a force to be reckoned with and probably benefits the most between the two from this partnership. Weavile's is immune to Psychic type moves, which is one of only two types that Mega Venusaur is weak to. Weavile is also resistant to Ice type moves, although Ice type moves are only 1x effective against Mega Venusaur. While Mega Venusaur resists Fairy and Fighting type moves and can hit Fairy types hard with Sludge Bomb and Rock types with Giga Drain. Weavile can hit Psychic types hard using Knock Off.

  • Chandelure - Chandelure is a good partner for Weavile because it is immune to Fighting type moves and resists Bug, Fairy, Fire and Steel type moves, which are all super effective against Weavile. Weavile resists Ghost and Dark type moves which are super effective against Chandelure. Chandelure can hit Steel types hard with Flamethrower or Fire Blast, while Weavile can hit Ghost types hard with Knock Off and Ground types with Ice Punch or Ice Shard.

Weavile is weak to fire, fighting, bug, rock, steel, and fairy. That is 6 weakness and one is x4 (Fighting).

Prankster

Prankster ability is very used for this situations. Why? Setting up a Will-o-Wisp for Attack's drop or an annoying Thunder Wave. Also Prankster can be good to induce weather but I will talk about that later.
Thunder Wave is very useful for this or Confuse Ray.

Thundurus and Sableye are great for this strategy.

Light Screen + Reflect combo

Not the best combo ever but it can do alot of resistance on your Weavile.
Klefki is the most common for this, having Prankster and also learning a STAB Moonblast and Thunder Wave.

Klefki @ Light Clay
Calm or Bold
EVs - 252 HP / 252 Sp.Def
- Reflect
- Light Screen
- Thunder Wave
- Moonblast

Follow Me

Pachirisu is a great Follow Me user. Why this move? You can set a Swords Dance in your Weavile and since Weavile has alot of Speed, it can strike hard with some great STAB moves.
Pachirisu and Togekiss are great users. Also Togekiss was a 60% to flinch with following moveset.

Pachirisu @ Leftovers/Focus Sash
EVs - 252 HP / 252 Sp.Def / 4 Speed
- Follow Me
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Any move

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Modest
Serene Grace
EVs - 252 HP / 252 Sp.Atk / 4 Speed
- Air Slash
- Flamethower
- Aura Sphere
- Follow Me

Snow Warning

Hail can deal damage, since Weavile is a Ice-type it won't get hurt, so you can put a Snow Warning to activate the hail.
Abomasnow is the most obvious for this one.

Abomasnow @ Life Orb/Choice Band
EVs - 252 HP / 252 Atk
Adamant Nature
Snow Warning Ability
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Wood Hammer
- Rock Slide

Talonflame

Can deal with fighting and steel very easily, with a Life Orb and a perfect speed, it can be very useful with Weavile.

Talonflame @ Life Orb
Jolly / Adamant
Gale Wings
EVs - 252 Atk / 252 Speed
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- Roost
- Swords Dance / U-Turn

Aerodactyl

Aerodactyl has a INCREDIBLE power and a high speed. It can deal with all Weavile's weakness with this moveset.

Aerodactyl @ Life Orb
Adamant / Jolly
EVs - 252 Atk / 252 Speed
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge / Rock Slide (Stone Edge accuary isn't the best, so Rock Slide if you want)
- Iron Head
- Fly / Aerial Ace

Pachirisu is horrible despite being in my favs. At least Togekiss for Follow Me and Volcarona for Rage Powder...
#IronTypeFTW
BTW, snow cloak does not activate hail, snow warning does.  Change your mamoswine moveset to an abomasnow because thats all there is.

i can only think of one best for him is...Ninjask.

Ninjask: Nature Timid Item Leftovers
Moveset: Protect Subsitude Sword Dance Baton Pass

Of couse Ninjask is one of the fastest Pokemon ever!
Start out by using sub. your speed will rise once, use sword dance
until your sub break. then use baton pass to him once you have 3 swords
dances set up. and with the extra speed weavile can probally 1 shot anyone
witg his good stab and type coverage. ( also maybe have a forretress to set
up hazzards to get rid of sturdy and focusashes and shesinjas rip.. ) I hoped
i was useful.
