Do the Johto starters get Mega Stones?

So(spoiler alert) after you beat the Delta episode Professor Birch is attacked again. He has you pick a Johto starter. Will they get Mega Stones like the Kanto starters did?

No.

There are no Megas currently released for the Gen II starters. GF/ Pokemon did not keep any Megas in ORAS secret, and revealed them all prior to ORAS' launch.
