Why do I keep getting male Budews?

Question

I'm trying to breed a female Budew with Extrasensory, but I keep ending up with male ones. The parents are a female Roselia holding a rose incense and a level 47 Exeggcute with Extrasensory. Am I just having terrible luck?

It's just bad luck

Just keep on trying the gender radio for budew is 50/50, so you have an equal chance
