Wild Absol holding Life Orb?

Question

So I found this wild Absol, and it was taking Life Orb damage. Can we now farm infinite Life Orbs ?

Edit: I caught it and it was holding a Life Orb. Is this a new feature in ORAS ?

Yeah. Pokémon caught with the DexNav can hold items that they usually don't, like I saw a Zigzagoon holding a Revive and a Seedot holding a Power Herb.

^This is correct, with a higher level on the DexNav, you will have a chance to encounter Pokemon with wild hold items that they usually wouldn't have. There is a list on Serebii of items that Pokemon can hold when encountered via the DexNav, and it says Absol can hold a Life Orb.
