Where can I revive Fossils in Pokémon Emerald?

I can't remember seeing a Museum apart from the Nautical Museum (or something like that) where you can revive fossils.

But then again, I have really bad memory ;>

In the Devon Corporation at Rustboro City
There should be a scientist in the building that revive's fossils back into Pokemon.
