Do you get rewarded for beating the E4 a second time on Soul Silver?

I know in ORAS you get given starters (I think), so what is the reward in Soul Silver (if there is one)?

Absolutely none

Unless you count the experience, money, Tojo falls and unlocking the Kanto region there is none. Only in ORAS you get the starters after beating the league.
