Can we get the hidden ability from fossil Pokemon in Pokemon ORAS?
Not anymore. Since the Dream World got shut down, Lileep and Anorith are unable to get the Hidden Abilities anymore. You could previously find them in the Sparkling Sea with over 7,500 Dream Points. Sorry.
