Jolly, Hasty, Adamant or Lonely
Let's face it . Absol, badass design terrible defence.
Jolly or Adamant are strongly recommended because it decreases useless stats but doesn't make hime more frail than he is
However Lonely and Hasty increase attack /speed however it does mean that Absol will be extremely frail
