Are there any recent games where you can catch Shaymin?

Shaymin is one of my favorite Pokemon, but there's only one game of which I am aware that you can catch it in. Is there any others?

No. Unfortunately not. The beauty of Shaymin is that it's an event Pokemon - event Pokemon usually are never available outside of their generation, and Gen IV is long gone. So unless you participated in the Shaymin events back then, you can't get it now. Sorry.
