Are Move tutor moves passed down through breeding?

If I teach my Shroomish a move tutor move, will it then pass it down to it's children?

No, Move Tutor moves will not be passed down when breeding.

The exception being Pokemon Crystal, where Move Tutor moves are passed down.

Tutored moves do not pass down by breeding. Only egg moves pass down.
