On what day does Ditto's mirage spot appear?

I really want to get a Ditto with good IVs but I don't know when its mirage spots appear. I don't want to wait a week or something to find one :( Please help!

And nothing we can do about it. Why not just ask Icy for a 6IV Ditto?
