Which Pokéball would be better to catch an Entei: Heavy Ball or Ultra Ball?

Question

I am currently able to catch one, I have it sitting on my DS.
I have as good a chance as I ever will, it's paralyzed and down to 1 HP.
I have both, but which should I use?

P.S. And also, please don't just say use a Master Ball. It's annoying.

Heavy ball:

Catch rate: -20 if used on Pokémon weighing less than 451.5 lbsHGSS

Entei:

Weight: 436.5 lbs

So an Ultra Ball would be much better. But you might as well throw Ultra Balls at it anyway if it's on 1 HP and paralyzed. Trying other balls won't make much of a difference.
