I read somewhere that the Ho-Oh in PMD Gates to Infinity can be shiny, and will be more powerful than an average Ho-Oh. I want more info, though! Can anyone help?

Its a bit more powerful and has a different moveset. Sadly it is unrecruitable tho. It can be battled at the Eternal Ruins.

Yes it can be shiny and will be different to the normal Ho-oh.

I'm pretty sure they want specifics.
Unfortunately there hasn't been much information on it....
