Do abilities that affect evasion work on Showdown?

Question

As evasion moves are banned on Showdown I wanted to know if abilities that affected evasion, such as Tangled Feet, Sand Veil and Snow Cloak, are allowed to be used or will they work?

Answer 1

Yes.
Only Double Team and Minimize Fall under the Evasion Clause.
Anything else is fair game.
