What is the easiest way to destroy Rayquaza?

Yeah. My friend is just owning my team, and I really don't know how to stop it. A Pokemon that can be caught pretty easily in ORAS would be preferred (catchable at the very least), and please provide moveset, too.

Mega Gardevoir

Mega Gardevoir is my choice as it's STABs aren't affected by the possible M-Rayquaza's Delta Stream. You can catch Ralts on Route 102 and evolve it into a Gardevoir. It's immune to Dragon, and unless he packs Iron Head like my Rayquaza you won't have that much of a problem.

Here's my set!

Gardevoir (Athena) @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Pixilate
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 165 Sp. Def, 93 HP

Moveset

• Hyper Voice
• Shadow Ball
• Thunderbolt
• Pain Split

Pixilate makes Hyper Voice Fairy.

I fixed the EV spread they now equal 510. As for the OHKO I'd advise him to use a Pokemon to setup Reflect and use Knock Off. Thanks for the insight!

You can shrek him with a 4x ice type move (ice beam ect.)

Or you can use a fairy type with a fairy type move.
