Completing Pokedex are all needed for shiny charm?

Are there any Pokemon that don't count toward the completion of the Pokedex for the shiny charm? Thankyou.

As far as I know, completing your pokedex in your respective region gets you the oval charm. and completing the national pokedex gets you the shiny charm. But, I think you can still get it with the exception of ORAS event Pokemon : mew, lugia, ho-oh, celebi, jirachi, and deoxys. But, there might be others too.

No, you don't need all of them, you need everyone that has been released except for the following:

Mew
Celebi
Jirachi
Phione
Manaphy
Darkrai
Shaymin
Arceus
Victini
Keldeo
Meloetta
Genesect
Diancie

If you've gotten them all aside from the ones above, go and visit the Professor and he'll give you the charm.
