Can I go to the Move tutor with a heart scale to teach Vileplume Moonblast?

I want to have my Vileplume run Moonblast, but I see that it's a pre-evolution move. I what to know that if I evolve my Oddish if I can still go back later to the move tutor in Fallarbor Town in Alpha Sapphire and teach it to it.

No, sadly you can't. You have to get moonblast in a previous evolution. You won't be able to do that as the move relearner only reteaches moves that are from level up and I also believe event. So, you have to get moonblast early on in the evolutionary line. Hope I helped!
