Where do you see Ferrothorn in Black & White?

I always beat N with only Ferrothorn not in the pokedex, and I don't want to take the time to evolve ferroseed so where do you see it?

There are no trainers with a Ferrothorn in Black and White, so you have to trade or evolve a Ferroseed at level 40.
