Will Perish Song kill Shedinja?

Perish Song is normal type but its says kills all Pokémon...

why use perish song? Toxic is more versatile and so is Will-o'-wisp. Unless it's a perish trapper like Lapras

Status moves usually don't go by type matchups, however some like toxic and thunder wave do.

Yes
Perish song affects all Pokemon except for Pokemon with the soundproof ability.

As for Shedinja Wonder Guard only protects against Non super effective Direct Damage. Since Perish song does not do direct damage Shedinja will faint.
