Is there a way of breeding a Scyther with Steel Wing in Black 2-(I don't have any Generation 4 games)?

What for... Steel Wings isn't exactly good on Scyther, and Scizor has Iron Head for non-Technician variants. If you have Technician, then Bullet Punch is prime.

Not just within your game alone, you'd have to trade with somebody who had a;

Scyther, Scizor
Yanma, Yanmega
Gligar, Glisor
Vibrava, Flygon

Who learned it in Gen IV.

I feel your pain, Scyther could learn it by TM in Gen IV not Gen V but it can again in Gen VI, kind of ridiculous.
