Dr Fuji—Mewtwo killed him along with the other scientists
Ash Ketchum himself— many times. He came between Mew and Mewtwo, in the Tower of Terror and etc etc.
Pikachu— in the Tower of Terror but brought back to life by Ghost Pokemon.
