What does it say for each of the number of stars for all Head It mode?

Example: I got 5 stars on Hard Mode and it said "Unbelievable Header Master", but not for Easy Mode. What does it say for each number of stars and for each mode?

A title of sorts is also associated with different ratings. These titles are purely aesthetic and only appear when a rating is given after completing a game.

Five Stars

Easy- Header Hyper Master
Normal- Eccentric Header Master
Hard- Unbelievable Header Master
Unlimited- Ultimate Header Master

Zero to Four Point Five Stars

Easy - Header Amateur
Normal - Header Semipro
Hard - Header Pro
Unlimited - Header Elite
